How about the teenage mutant ninja turtles !? Either a group tf or individually with the tf trigger being eating a pizza which instead of tomato paste has mutagen in it with the usual kinks that you use in every tf (Ap,mc,mg,musk,sweat,armptis,etc)

How should the plot go?

If it is a group tf then it would be about a group of four guys all of them 16 year olds right before teenhood who decide to order pizza form a new underground pizzeria that had recently opened and when they eat the pizza they don't notice that the sauce is green instead of red and thats where the changes start

The reason why is beacause since the turltes are considered teenagers but I guess you can make them older so make them 18 year olds and when they become the turtles they'll be at their mid 20s

Mostly the kinks that I mentioned above and maybe you can add a reality change with the newly turned turtles finding their New York apartment they were in slowly changing into their underground hideout . About the human characters name them however you want and about their body types make two of them skinny and the other two chubby and if you want to you can add some physical activity between them after they done changing while they are "training" together

Guy goes to the store, sees a Sly cooper cane (last one in stock), but doesn't have enough money for it. He then goes to steal it and is successful. Goes home and messes around with it until he hits it against the wall, and then it starts to glow. He then starts to transform and grow into a himbo sly cooper, but still thin enough to be a thief where he lives. However, instead of stealing treasure, this sly cooper steals the hearts of men around by fucking them.

I can think of couple ideas for a TF. My problem is that I don't if you know a certain character from a series, or not.

Also, I don't know if you haven't done any costume TF.

I think what I got so far on Gargomon on the costume TF part. It's a man, who is invited to a costume party, that is happening tomorrow. So he decides to go buy himself a cool costume for him to wear. As he is walking along, he notice a strange building from around the corner. Curious by it, he decides to go into the building, only to turn out to be a costume shop. As it was filled with wonderful and perfect made costumes. As he takes a look around at all the costumes, he notice one costume that has caught his attention. It was a Gargomon Costume. He takes a look at it, and feels the materials of the costume. The fur part of the costume does feel quite soft, and kinda realistic. Same goes with the cargo pants. Which was consider part of the costume. And the plastic machine guns of it looks pretty cool. And according to the tag on the right gun, it says that it can be removed. He does try it out, it reveals a hand, which has about three fingers. After taking a look at it, he decide to buy the costume. While the materials is good, He does point himself out that he is a fan of this cute, yet a badass gun shooting Digimon. After purchasing the costume, he decides to head home to try it out. As he try it on, the costume itself feels quite comfortable inside. And this is where the change begins. The zipper in the back of them costume magically vanishes, completely sealing him inside. The costumes begins to merge with him, making the costume into his new body. At first he was kinda shocked by this. And yet, it does feel kind good. I mean becoming Gargomon is something that most fans wants to become. And does know that this stuff only happens in TF fan arts and stories. But now, it's happening to him in real life. As the change continues, the man does wonder if this TF is going to have a bit of an MC in it (Note: Adding this part. Because I don't mind a little fourth wall breaking.). And the rest is where this might be going. The change is complete (With or without MC.). And the next thing for him is to go out and have some fun. :)

Batzz TF. A guy enters an abandoned temple looking for treasures, when he finds a vase. By accident, he drops the vase and is possessed by Batzz's spirit, turning into him.

Maybe an anthro tiger TF? A shy, chubby guy heads to a new gym that opened up in town, hoping to lose some weight. As he works out, he loses weight quickly and gains a nice bit of muscle as he turns into a confident anthro tiger. Not quite himbo level of changes, but he gains confidence and an amazing body (with a big tiger cock~).
