Ummm... Here's one I just got for this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SUW.....R_Y8GG14AaABAg :
" This is why I didn't want it I didn't want it to pop because I like estate his belly big and now we pop what is wrong with this thing it didn't pop and you have to change something else is a hater everytime it suck it suck at "
That's it. I dunno what the person meant. I can't even tell if it's good or bad. I don't really mean to be a dick or anything... but this one is just... well, all over the place. :D

FA+

But yeah, as said ignore him. Don't even have to block him until he starts spamming.
Wuffy has seen VERY similar results when using the "Translate this page" feature on Japanese, Chinese, and Korean posts: full blocks of text with little/no punctuation and capitalization, and some real 'word salad' phrases.
Wuff kinda has to put his mind into the text version of those "hidden 3D picture" images, where you can't see anything until you sorta un-focus and go "zen" on it, and suddenly some dinosaur or something emerges. Vrghr sorta tries to do the same thing on the words for these, to see if any deeper meaning is hiding inside all the alphabet soup. Not sure how well wuff's understanding is at the end, but sometimes a feeling/flow emerges too.
This is what wuff "zenned" on the one you posted:
"Let me explain. I wish he hadn't popped. I really liked his belly big! But its wrong to have it pop. You should change it because it really sucks when that happens. I hate that."
It's sort of a skill wuff had to pick up to translate "Engineering" into maintenance instructions in "normal English" for the technicians fixing equipment. Vrghr swears sometimes that though the words the Engineers are speaking SOUND like English, those utterances exist in a totally different universe where the meanings have no relationship to the rest of us. *GRIN*
(PS: This is why you NEVER let an engineer write the tech data to go with the new equipment/system. Unless of course you only want engineers to be able to operate and fix them!)
I used to be able to immediately see those magic eye pictures, but I can't get them to work for me anymore. Maybe it's the cataracts or the big mess of floaters.
Even when successful, those always gave this wuff such a headache!
