UPDATE FROM DECEMBER 15TH!: Hello friends! I'm sorry for being away too much time, but it seems that destiny support us somehow during our trip! We found a good place to stay but we'll have to wait until this friday to start moving. We need to wait a bit because the house needs some repairs, but it's quite close to the neighborhood we are in so maybe the moving'll go faster. Due to this, I'll have to change my internet connection to the new house so we'll probably be offline for a few more days. But don't worry! I've downloaded each of the references that you have sent me for your commissions and I'll be working on them during the adaptation period in the new home. Anyway, I plan to inform you once the house is finally ours!
NEW UPDATE!: Hey guys! So I contacted a new landlord to visit her house today so we can check if the house'll be good or not for live there. Buuut the lady cancel everything at the last minute because she had a problem at work and told us that she's coming to town tomorrow, so we'd probably be looking at the house tomorrow. It gave us a low of energy, but for now it is the best option and we'll have to wait to see it. I'll keep you informed and sorry for the inconvenience!

You can't imagine how happy I feel after I could see your support toward me! I won't dissapoint you and I'll send your works ASAP! I've contacted a lady who has a house near the neighborhood and I'll check her house tomorrow! So please wish us good luck and I'll keep you updated about this!
Hey guys, so this won't be a regular journal since my situation got complicated during these season :c
Yesterday during afternoon, my landlord gave us a one-month ultimatum to vacate this house where we currently reside, because "his son comes to live here from another state." I am distraught, worried and sad, as I feel like we have very little time to adjust and find a new place to live.
At the moment I'm looking for a new house to be able to make the move, but as you know this takes time and money, so it won't be easy to achieve this in a little time like this.
I know that I'm usually quite annoying asking for commissions, but this situation is complicated and I'd like to ask for your help from those who can give it. If you can commission me during this season, I'd greatly appreciate it and would ask you to have a little patience for me for all the fuss the move'll create. But the people who have commissioned me know that I always give them an extra as a thank you, so you have my word that it will be quality work!

My landlord has always been a scumbag, so he just arrived yesterday to say that we must move from here before that December ends. There wasn't no contract due to the covid situation (since it was supposed that he doesn't want to get infected), but I think he saw this coming from a long time and he didn't let us know until yesterday.
I really wish I could commission you to help you out, sadly I don't have any means for online payment..

Know your Tenant Laws where you live and if you haven't violated anything within the lease, then you have a chance to either force the landlord to relent or force them to pay you everything back plus extra since you are being forced to move during the holidays as well as the possibility of the world still dealing with a Pandemic.
So you have a chance to find a better place
It also sounds like you just moved in or have you been in there a while? You said they are asking for money for this month. If there is nothing legal that can help you I won't pay it. Them trying to legally trying to get the money from you would mean they would admit they had you as tenants meaning they where breaking laws. So it's a catch 22 for them.
