I just noticed it's been an entire year since my last journal. And man, what a year it's been. I have a few updates I'd like to share...

I finally got a job that I can tolerate (it's retail, but it's better than dish-washing), but now I'm 20 and can't go out and meet people or do anything fun thanks to a certain pandemic. Just been stuck inside doing a whole lot of nothing like I'm sure most of y'all are (though I'm sure some of you have been more productive than me :P). I've at least spent some of that time practicing my drawing, and I have some cool projects I hope to actually finish and post publicly at some point.

On a downer note, this pandemic has made my introverted-ness twice as bad as it already was. I've been cooped up in my crippling lonesome for so long that I didn't bother being active in this community and consequently distanced myself from the nice people I've met on these sites over the years. Now I'm hoping to change that.

To end off on a high note, my boyfriend and I are gonna be moving to a better place soon. The current place we've been living in for the last two years has been absolute hell, so we're definitely looking forward to that. :D
