Howdy!
So, yesterday I happened to spill water onto my laptop. I’m not entirely sure yet on how long it’s going to take to fix or how much it’ll cost, but odds are I won’t be able to do much art-wise for at least this weekend.

No, I don’t think I do... and I remember it’s a legion laptop but that’s as far as I know (tech is not my expertise)

Yikes, that sucks. That's why I never eat or drink at my computer and I have all my media files backed up on external hard drives.
Was it on? Was it really just water? There is a procedure to dry electronics that can undo this. I have rescued several broadcast control devices that cost many times a laptop. Good luck and be cool, this is the final episode of 2020.

The computer was on, and there was some paint in the water since I was using it to wipe off my brush ^^;
I am sorry, you don't deserve that. I hope you recover the data and put this behind you. Telling the tale only around campfires post pandemic. Anyway good luck. I look forward to commissioning you when it's over.
