Monday I went for the flu vaccine, by night i had a fever
Tuesday my everything hurts and now have the runs, by night my fevers shoots up so fast i had to go to the hospital, fevers back down
Wednesday, fever aching and runs are basically gone but my throat feels a bit tight
Thursday doctor tells me my throat is swollen and to take the rona test just in case and some bloodwork
so that happend, right now, rona test is negative, fevers gone, had an episode of the runs and my throat is more or less back to normal

Some of the symptoms you mention are that of an allergic reaction to the medium that is used for the host the vaccine.
However, that would only last a day. Good your doctor took this seriously. Flu vaccine are only good against a few strains. The vaccine makers have to make a guess what strain will be the the most problematic. But it doesn't protect you from all strains. So some people who get the flu after getting a shot get the flu think the shot didn't work. It did, the person just got a different strain.
