Matte? Photobash? What to do?

Hey, ive been making tons of designs and sketches and I just wanna take it further. Looking for good sources to learn something more advanced like matte painting to get my designs to shine.

-Seems to be an array of, as it say, matte painting tutorials. (Matte painting as in, 'backgrounds for scenes in Star Wars & the Wizard of Oz').
It's not much, but I hope it helps a little.
