In a place, not of ours~[/i] I ask for communication yet it seems artists just dont seem to be doing that.
If you cannot complete the commission just say so, I dont bite. I will require refunds through.
Also I will this time really start handing out charge-backs and report artists who take the patience of their commissioners for granted or happen to simply be unresponsive(1 week+) to communication.
Additionally I will no longer hand out full pre-payments for anything above 100usd to anyone, Il only be doing half payment before the start of the commission and the other half after the commission is complete, no ifs and buts. If you want the full value then you will have to complete your service to actually deserve it.

I do wish more commissioners and artists are aware that mutual responsibility do exist and should be utilized more often. :P
