Just so you are aware, this is a particularly stupid bill before the US senate about regulating porn in really dumb ways.
If it passes I will likely need to delete my accounts here and just about everywhere else.
I would strongly recommend those of you in the US call your senators and tell them not to vote for it.

I think the problem that this bill has, is how can you even enforce it? It covers such a wide range of media that the question becomes 'is this adult' or not and...yeah while some walk a VERY fine line in that regard, I dunno. I just know a LOT of people will be raising a stink over this.
That's not so much a problem as it is "The very reason everyone's reactions are overblown".

Eh, don't burn your bridges before they're hatched. Even if whatever this is gets passed, broad restrictions on art and speech usually die in the court system.

My concern is less, " does it hold up to constitutional review", and more, "does it get far enough that the data collection parts of it go into effect" because that would mean betting my ability to keep my day job on those lists not getting hacked or intentionally shared with other levels of government. Which barring an immediate injunction they likely would if passed.
