Hello. I decided to make my own TOS. Please take a look at this.
The things I will not draw:
• Any ilegal stuff
• Extreme Gore
• Extreme Hyper
• Vore
• Animal genitalia (I draw only human-like)
• Multiple genitalia (or boobies, etc)
The payment:
I only accept full payment in USD upfront and by PayPal only. No refund.
Timeframe
It depends on my own situation IRL. As many people I have other things to do, so I can't tell you the exact time when I finish your commission. But I usually draw it pretty fast so it takes from one day to a week or more, approximately.
Queue
Sometimes I have other comms in the queue to do, I have two types of queue, one is the fixed (people who already payed) and the other is people who are just waiting (that not payed yet), I'm always focus on the people who payed first then after all its done I start the queue with people who not payed yet, so if you want your spot to be fixed you can pay and confirm that you really want the comms.
My wishes
If you are not going to commission me, please don not ask me about it then. I don't like when people ask me about commissions then leave me forever without answer. I may deny drawing your character if I don't like his design or your idea. If you are able to talk in discord that would be more comfortable for me to discuss the details of your commission and send files to you. I'm always happy to talk to people at all but please don't try to talk to me with no reason. I prefer talking to people about concrete things.
Rights
When you commission me you agree to the TOS complety. You as a commissioner can post/display my picture wherever you like but only if you credit me as the artist and link me to my FA page.
