Did they make you go through some CS Go gambling site? If so you're probably SoL. I was scammed a year or so back and the bank that got charged on the card refused to refund it no matter how much I fought.

If you can contact your bank, you can send in a case and close the card the account is attached to. This happened to me a few years back and it worked out once they did investigations

Since it was paypal usually it take til the next day for it to get charged to the bank so right now I can’t do nothing about it

When I went to PayPal it was a hassle. I went straight to my bank and locked my card and called as soon as I can. Most of the time they can refund you the money. PayPal is a different story.
I would call first thing in the morning and start a theft claim on your card.

If it’s attached to your bank card, go straight to them and tell them someone committed fraud on your card. They’ll lock it down and reverse the charges.

I thought you learned from after the shit with your PSN account getting hacked a couple of years ago.... NEVER HAVE PAYPAL OR ANY PAYMENT RELATED STUFF CONNECTED TO YOUR ACCOUNTS. That's the whole reason you're a prime target from such people... I told you that back when the PSN stuff happened. To be honest, it's all down to your own fault as harsh as it may sound, specially if you don't have the 2-point authentication method active either.

First and foremost: Sorry it happened, but you do need to also keep your accounts more secure. 2FA, more complex passwords, the whole shebang. Especially to avoid things like this in the future.

Second: If you had this happen before and on top of that you keep THAT MUCH money in your Paypal I REALLY insist you do not do that in the future. Put the money in WHEN YOU NEED TO. Paypal is a very awful place to put your money because of what happened AND they are not liable to compensate you for loss of your own credentials and losing the money that way. At that point you are at fault and have to solve it through your bank which you said you have done. Paypal ain't a bank, don't treat it like one and DEFINITELY have 2FA for them so that YOU have to confirm any transfer TWICE. Security.

Third: Obvious but Do not trust E-mail Links. IF you ever have a 'security breach' E-mail do not use the links in the E-mail and go DIRECTLY to the website and log in there. Scammers have easily gotten used to masking the link as a real link by 'rewording' the link to look real but it actually is a faux and redirects. Like above, 2FA all the way, much more complex passwords, etc.
