Honestly, it's having a negative impact on my life lately. And I just had enough of all the shenanigans behind politics. And plus, I realize that I didn't want to be friends with Mordred because he kept ranting about politics. And when you look at what I'm doing... Is it really all that different from what he did? Shoehorning politics into places where they don't belong? It's not different from what Mordred was doing. It's just the other side of the coin. So in essence, calling him out for inserting politics into places they don't belong, then doing it myself for similar reasons to he did (our candidate losing) would just make me a hypocrite. So I'm just going to stop. I think everyone would be so much happier if we just... STOPPED. So honestly, I had enough about politics. It's outside of my control & it's not like any minds will be changed in either direction. But 1 thing that has changed for me... I'm no longer affiliating myself with the Republicans. Mitch McConell betraying me & many others is where I draw the line. So from now on, I'm politically unaffiliated. If a 3rd party comes around, I'll consider joining it, but for now... ENOUGH.
