The best cure for 'bad' speech is 'good' speech.
The worst [non]cure is to ban speech.
"When you begin by burning books, you will end by burning people." - Henrich Heinrich
Even if the 'book' is digital and there is no actual flame for the 'burning' of the book.
The end result is the same.
Pray we don't [have to] (re)learn this the hard way.
Consider reading some Kipling as well:
The Gods of the Copybook Headings

"And that after this is accomplished, and the brave new world begins
When all men are paid for existing and no man must pay for his sins,
As surely as Water will wet us, as surely as Fire will burn,
The Gods of the Copybook Headings with terror and slaughter return!"
[For the hopelessly slow, this is NOT incitement. It is sad prediction of following the course of Known Folly. I seek to *PREVENT* it.]
