hellllo!! happy monday you guys, i have some very important irl news i have to share on here. we have had a brief knowing of this since the beginning of december, but now its certain.
the house we're renting has been put up for sale as of yesterday. we have had very short notice, and just as a week ago we knew we were for sure getting out. this has dramatically impacted my ability to overall sit still, between stressing out, packing and getting ready to move (AGAIN), and then cleaning up has been an absolute pain.
they already have someone interested in coming by to see the house tomorrow, so i figure this is going to be a daily occurrence until it gets sold- in which, i have to constantly be keeping the house in tip-top shape..(not easy, we have literally 2100 sq ft to work with) which that alone will keep me very busy.
as soon as i know a date, it will help me space out my time and days better to where i can dedicate certain days to owed work, and then certain days to cleaning and packing etc..
right now most of my time and focus have been going on the house and i do plan on still being active here- but right now when it comes to the date we're actually moving neither i- nor the realtor have any clue. it could be anywhere from 30-120 days, it just depends. i will update you guys every step of the way.
just a lil "boop" in case you guys do catch me slipping, i am trying my hardest to not let it get to me, afterall it is life, but i will be very busy in the weeks moving forward. i will actually have a feel soon hopefully, for how long we have in here, and when we will actually be moving. the transition should be very easy and i will be v active once we know, and the days i am not working on this house. for now, i will be in and out.

i know that’s what we were thinking, the realtor said we have 30 days notice period once they sell, but we’re still living here while it’s on the market and we’re paying rent, im not exactly sure what they even plan on doingwe haven’t renewed a lease yet and the landlord said she’s putting us on a month-to- month
definitely might have to look into legal aspects if it gets messy, my dad isn’t too happy about it right now
