How does one stay focused

This is a legit question... cuz I just can’t focus or complete tasks. Hell, I can’t clean my room without being distracted ^^;
I start to clean my room and BAM, I find a book or letter and start reading until i get bored and lose my mojo. The same thing goes for my art. I try to go past a sketch and lose my energy so quick and then i lose interest...I think the issue is I lack discipline probably?

I do this to get the houseworks done. If I think the big picture, I get discouraged and distracted. ^^;;
