No, you don't suck as an artist. You're doing alright, you just need to learn more about drawing. Best I can advice you is to watching tutorial videos, I'm pretty sure you'll take time in improving your artworks.

Have you ever sketched your drawings before applying outline onto them? I wasn't used to apply sketching by myself until few years later.

Your doing alright man, my tip is try to work on anatomy because that is what your gonna need to draw muscles, proportions and stuff like that.
But bro i see a lot of potential in you, I know you can always do better :3

Trust me you'll have that but ignore it and keep pushing yourself forward! Never let that feeling get you down because then your just letting that emotion take over your life.
I believe you can do many things bro just try your best and don't give up on your artwork.

Honestly, no, you don't suck. Everybody just has a feeling like this - even I do as a fellow artist.
Maybe there's something we need to improve, maybe our timing is kinda off, something seems to bother us and so on...
You really have a potential to be a better artist in the future.

That does NOT still mean you're bad. I sometimes think of my art the same way... I just wanted to let you know you're not alone with that thoughts, but I know all of us can do better. I love your artstyle and I'm looking forward to see more from you.
