COMMISSION INFO & ToS
GENERAL
By ordering a commission you agree to my terms and services. Violation of terms will result in the commission will be cancelled without refund.
Private Commissions are for NON-COMMERCIAL USE ONLY.
Private Commissions cannot be used to advertise people, businesses, or products.
Private Commissions cannot be mass-produced, used for profit or to advertise people, businesses, or products. All Commissions will be signed and dated (no exceptions). I reserve the right to use the final commission and process work in my portfolio, social media sites (i.e. Tumblr, Instagram, Blogs, Artstation, etc), websites, galleries, books, etc.
I may take 1 to 4 weeks to complete the commission depending on my work/life responsibilities.
I work full-time. Your patience is appreciated.
I do not accept references via description only, please provide visual references!
I retain the right to decline a commission if I feel that I cannot fulfill on the request.
I will outright decline any inquiries related to or involving known or suspected gang symbols, hate symbols, and sexually explicit, pornographic scenarios.
BASE PRICING GUIDE
Additive elements like additional characters, complex outfits that take more time will affect pricing.
ORDER FORM
If you are interested in a commission, please Contact me directly via email at donomonart at gmail with the subject line ‘Commission Request’.
In your email please include:
Your Name/Username
Contact Info, including your paypal e-mail
Type of Commission [ example: semi-real/ full color/ rough painted/ 3/4 body ]
Detailed description of what you are looking for and/or a reference sheet (picture reference preferred) Acknowledgment that you have read the Commission Terms of Services and that you understand and will comply with what is written.
PAYMENT
Payment through PAYPAL, in USD
An invoice will be sent to confirm your slot
Orders under $50 must be paid up front while orders above $50 require a 50% deposit before I can start working on your commission.
PROCESS
Send commission request email
Request will be discussed
If accepted, invoice will be sent, Payment will be invoiced through PayPal
The commission will not begin until the invoice/deposit has been paid
I will send a initial WIP for your approval.
At this time you may feel free to point out things you want changed or added in the sketch before I finalize the artwork.
Minor edits can be requested once again on delivery of final artwork.
Any major edits at this point may incur additional cost.
I will upload a high resolution copy with watermark once finished. Sizing may vary unless specified, all images are 150-300 DPI, file format PNG
