I’m just complaining about people who add a whole bunch of my artwork to their favorite section and never say thank you or anything. I’m just whining. It’s not really important. 😃

ah now I understand .... don't worry ... that's me for me - many make my works their favorites and there is not even nice comment ... and if only something like * belly hug * and then when I say I'm not doing RP, people leave

I’m being petty of course. I just kinda hate faves with zero comments. I want people to tell me that Ralph or the effing Poke-Digi I drew 20 years ago look hawt. 😃

I know how you feel. I sometimes get a little irritated when my drawings have more faves than comments. or even worse as you put it. All faves and no comments.

That usually doesn’t cross my mind. If I do it, I check to see if the artist replied to comments then decide if say something. 🐸

I see where you're coming from. I think it's totally understandable to just leave a fave when you don't have anything in particular to say, but I also think it's nicer to leave a comment if you can.

Ironically, I hardly ever fave! According to my stats, my comment-to-favorite ratio is 45:1

Not faving in interesting. Here especially, I look at the views of my art and they tend to be way higher than faves. I guess the collector in me likes faving though. 🐸🎈💥

True. I guess it’s just kinda dull getting fave bombs especially for stuff I did almost 20 years ago. It’d be fun to answer questions about that old stuff though. 🐸🎈💥

Try thinking of a fav like an upvote, a thumbs up. It's a positive thing, even without the addition of a comment.

Truth be told, I don't say much compared to what I used to do because some people are less than kind about the comments, not you of course, but it just takes a few negative experiences with leaving comments before socially, I just freeze up and find the possibility of a negative experience outweighing anything else. The same goes for things like thanking others for watches and the like.

😙 A big reason people fav bomb is because, not every artist they fav responds back to them when they do comment , so why comment if it’s not going to even be acknowledged, I guess..
