Terms of Service for commissions and YCHs!

This is my Terms of Service here, it works for YCHs too!

TERMS OF SERVICE
✧ Commissions and YCHs are for personal use only! You can post them on your account or use as profile pic, but please always credit me
✧ You need to be +18 for commissioning me
✧ I work with full prepayment only, payment plan is not an option
✧ Payment is non refundable after you receive the finished piece. If commission is canceled before this for any reason - I’ll refund the money minus paypal fee.
✧ I have the right to post or not to post your commission on any of my social media. If you don’t want me to post - you should note me about it beforehand and it’ll double commission price.
✧ I’ll finish commission within 4 weeks after receiving payment and agreeing on commission’s details (or I’ll notify you if it takes me longer)
✧ Background for commission will cost extra! Depends on how detailed you want it to be
✧ I usually don’t show sketches or wips, because I work very fast. You can ask for it, but it can slow down the process a bit. So please ask or make sure your commission request has all important details!
✧ I leave myself the right to use rejected sketches for any purpose
✧ Minor changes on finished commission are free. Major changes (like changing pose, view angle, etc.) will cost extra
✧ You can ask for higher resolution pic of your commission for free
✧ I’m ok to draw sex, nudity, light bdsm practices
✧ I’m NOT ok to draw feral, extreme kinks, non-con and underage characters
✧ I can decline your commission requests without explaining why
✧ By commissioning me you’re agreed with this Terms of Service
