Bones

They suck.
Being a responsible owner of a skeleton involves making doctors appointments for people to push them back into place and maybe get rid of some of the everything that hurts right????
Right??????
Pro note to everyone, when you're young and stupid and get hit by a car?
Firstly don't get hit by a car.
Secondly, don't them get up and walk miles home BEFORE going to the hospital.
Thirdly, don't then ignore every issue stemming from that and your already peculiar bones for years.
When you're old
You'll hate yourself.
Just a little bit more.

"Hey why are we getting WAY more dense--oh thats why."
I feel like this is more where the "art is pain" trope comes from. You don't create because of pain, creating gives you pain because dear god no one can sit up straight or not clench their fingers.
I walk roughly 70 miles a week and its the only time everything in my body feels sort of stable, but I just got my xrays today so hopefully better bone days are around the corner!
When the world was less on fire and I went to the gym, they have these like....zero G runners. They're these machines that are like, treadmill ellipticals almost? So you run with your own stride and pace and all, but your feet are in the steps of an elliptical so there's no shock or pressure. They're pretty cool, I miss it
No, no no.
That sounds miserable
But really, I'm sorry to hear that the last year took the leg out, hopefully there are better days ahead
