Get into a rut where you think words to write and every words sounds stupid and you hate yourself for thinking you can write cause you think you are a garbage writer? Yeah...at that level of writers block right now....yay
FA+

In my humble opinion, you aren't a garbage writer. Just looking at your recent upload with Judy, you started with an appeal to the senses to anchor the reader into the situation. That's a choice, a technique. Not garbage!
Sure, sometimes it's like fireworks and you'll have that ridiculously productive stretch where everything flows like water.
But most of the time it takes work, an initial churning through the garbage to get to whatever is salvageable underneath. A lot of the business of creating is accepting that a stalled motor might need to idle for a few before it'll get anything remotely productive done. My advice is to switch gears, write something else for a bit, something that isn't quite so personal or pressing, and let the machine settle into its pace.
Doesn't work all the time and when that feeling you describe hits, it hits hard. But we're creatures of habit. Sooner or later, all of that time you spent honing your craft will pay off in a sputtering, tumbling, forward lurch. Best of luck and if you manage to make some headway, be sure to remind me of everything I just said, because goodness knows it's easier to advise than to advance.
Perhaps try writing a story based on a picture you have, hopefully may awaken the brain muscles. Any sort of block does suck though
And as an outside source, I think ya stuff is wonderful~
