Looking to commission Spyro-style or Ori character

Hey. I'm looking to comission either art of a form like Ori's (light spirit, Kodama) or of a Spryo-styled dragon.

Anyways, I can't pay for more than $50 dollars for art at this time. Honestly, I hardly know much of any artists that are open that have a price point below that. ^^;
Edit: No matter who I pick I'll list out the artists out in a different journal to spread the word.
