Remember when I made that journal yesterday that I was sad because I gotten irritated? I now talked to my High school’s counselor about it, and I’ll be trying out this thing where if I am starting to be frustrated, I stop and then think for a minute and then talk to myself with motivation. I’ll also be doing a log with days of the week of how I feel, what I did before becoming stressed, stuff like that.
