I never manage to give the line of commissions to the end, because every month the date of payment of rent for an apartment comes, but there is no required amount
and I have to type new orders on top of old
Thereby making people wait more than they should
Even though I work every day and sometimes even to the detriment of my health (hello hand, haha), this is not enough to work as productively as other artists
I'm not complaining, I just wanted to voice it so that people understand that I'm not lazy, I just can't work quickly
Anyway, I really love my job, all the wonderful characters who trust me on the commissions
I absolutely cannot imagine my life without a furry community

I normally just let the artists take care of it and whenever they message me is when I get it.
I mean I'd hate a deadline if I was an artist so I try to give them their space and just wait patiently.
but I also respect the right of customers to receive their commission as soon as possible
plus I run the risk of losing some part of my potential buyers, due to my delay

The trick is to overestimate your time frame a little, to give you room and flexibility. Getting something completed sooner is usually a pleasant surprise for someone.
however, I always write that I have a queue and that it takes time to complete it. I have been planning to write to the ToS all possible deadlines for a long time already, it's time to do it.
