For starters, what made you want to make a mosquito for a sona? Or if not a sona, a main character?
I've always loved ectoarasites like mosquitos, they fascinate me soso much, and during the awkward furry denial phase I sorta went through waay back I 'ironically' made a fakesona which was a mosquito, the whole joke being 'haha could you imagine a BUG like that being someones sona?'
But as I grew older and learned myself more and more the bug stuck with me in the back of my mind and I'd doodle her in my notebook on occasion, going from a 'haha can you imagine' to a 'Oh god it's me'.
Shes gone through a whole bunch of redesigns over the years as I've improved my skill in art and I'm currently really happy where shes at design wise :) no longer do I deny the bug is part of me.
But still not my oldest character- that's Lockette! Still have the test paper she was first doodled on at the start of highschool.
