Ask for their commissions page, tell them what you want and pay them for it.
Don't ask for free art, specially if you don't actually know them in any way. That just upsets them and makes them feel like they're worth way less than they are. They charge based on what they think is fair for the amount of time and effort they put into a piece for you, and likely, they're doing their art for a living. Lollll.

But I also know this guy who demanded people give him free art because he thought he was sexy. No joke. He even said that, since he had electrical powers, he would electrocute people’s genitals and castrate them if they blocked him, and to prevent this, they had to watch him again and issue a big apology. People baffle me to no end.
