Due to lack of hindsight and some miscommunication - I'm suddenly in more of a bind than I had imagined happening with moving/living arrangements, and that is why some of my prices are going up for a while, unfortunately. Cause I need to make about $800-$1000 in the next month to have a place to live, because my room mate is suddenly changing dates on me for when he is moving out and we finally found out the place will be "flipped" by the owner instead of it continuing to be rented out. And I can not afford an entire house by my self..and I'm fairly frightened about this all to be honest. And I hate to be...that person, but I am tossing my pride aside and will be putting up a donation link and opening all commissions.
