Good on you. My dad is still hesitant on getting his because of the long line-ups, and he has told me that he hasn't gone anywhere special, just to grocery stores. I urged him, but he's fucking stubborn as a mule. Well, if he gets it he gets it... I don't have any sympathy. I will just let him be stubborn. Waiting in a line-up is better than catching the virus and ending up in the hospital and perhaps dying. The Premier of Quebec even said 70 years old and older are eligible now, and he is 73.

That's good news, another 2-3 weeks then you can finally lead a halfway normal life again.^^

I wish I could get my shot. My doctor's office is saying I might be able to get my shot somewhere between July and September, even though the news here in the US is claiming that all adults should be able to be vaccinated by the end of May.

Being 60 with three past heart surgeries isn't enough for me to get me a shot yet. My heart issues weren't congestive, so they don't count them. So, I just keep waiting and calling, in case something changes.
