Oh damn, that makes sense, I totally get your confusion! I always wonder how should I write these hours for them to be easy to read for everyone, since I'm always confused by timezones too. They have pretty much the same names, just like you mentioned :(

Hmm, probably only way to be really sure would probably be to spell out the letters after maybe (Central European Time). I probably would have realized just by letters alone if I wasn't tired when checked the other journal though, just saying. XD
