I'm feeling rather better now. I also believe I owe an explanation.

I have always been the type who abhores my personal problems to weigh heavy on the hearts of others. And as such, I typically keep my problems to myself. However, I'm not the type to pretend not to hear others crying, so to speak, I always have advice, guidance, comfort and compassion towards people who find themselves lost in life, trapped in depression.

But, to whom does the advisor turn when HE needs help. Inwards, and that is what I have done. I believe the mind is the arbitrator in all health problems, mental AND physical. The mind heals itself, and only through personal exploration and discovery can one solve his/her problems. Though I may not be around often on "the tubes", I have begun my climb back towards self-sufficiency and happiness, and should return soon (there's an art war on M.com, I've got a foot-hold, but may not stick with it to the end).
