3 VACCINES!?!?

I've been looking up the vaccines for Covid and they sound a little fishy to me. I mean, a "Spike" antibody that becomes a permanent part of you and can attack 23 different kinds of things in your body BESIDES the virus? kinda sounds more dangerous than the virus itself! Now don't get me wrong, I want things to go back to normal as much as the next guy! but I'm not so sure about these vaccines...
The two major vaccines, Pfizer and Moderna brands, do use mRNA from the virus. The idea is that your cells receive the viral mRNA and produce protein spikes common to the COVID-19 virus, which your body responds to by making antibodies for the spikes.
The mRNA is eliminated after the body reads it to create the spikes, much like what happens with the normal mRNA ypur cells produce and use every day. Similarly the antibodies and memory-t cells produced in response to those spikes remain to fend off future infections, but they aren't rogue agents. There do not target healthy cells or other bodily systems, they are simply present and ready for if/when the actual virus or one with similar spike proteins enters your body.
It is true that the vaccine has side effects. Typically a mild fever, aches, and fatigue. Some people do experience more serious reactions, particularly after the second shot, hence why its given bu medical professionals and the patients are monitored afterward so they can be aided if needed. Even then, such severe reactions are extremely rare.
No matter how it's sliced, the vaccine is far safer than risking catching the disease. Even (and I would say especially) if you already have a strong and healthy immune system.
