⋆✧~ TERMS OF SERVICE: ~✧⋆ (Updated Feb 2023)
⋆✧~ General Terms for all YCH, Auctions & Commissions ~✧⋆
✧ Being 18 years or older
✧ Payment through Paypal - I send Paypal invoices to keep track of who is paying for what
✧ Link back to my FA account when uploading my work - support your artists
✧ Ownership of my work belongs to myself as the artist, and the owner of the characters involved in the artwork
✧ Do not show my NSFW to anyone under the age of 18
✧ Do not edit out my watermark
✧ My turn-around time varies depending on my workload (both art workload and “day job” workload) - however I will stay in communication with you so you know where your art is at
✧ Priority of commission work is based on who signed-up and paid first - if I am waiting for an answer to a question/clarification on a piece, I will start working on the next commission to keep my workflow moving
✧ I will complete a rough sketch of your commission idea before asking for payment - I reserve the right to use this sketch in a future YCH if you decide to not use that pose/sketch for your commission and/or cancel the commission at this stage. Full ownership of the sketch belongs to me
✧ Please come to me with an idea fleshed out - I have a hectic schedule as it is, so I don't have the time to discuss an art project and flesh out every single detail back and forward. I don't mind discuss what's possible/not possible to help you decide, but I can't have 100 messages of you changing the idea each time
⋆✧~ Payment Information ~✧⋆
✧ All prices are in USD$
✧ Payment is due within 48 hours of winning a YCH slot/acceptance of commission sketch
✧ Payment in full is required before any work is commenced past a sketch phase
✧ I only accept Paypal as a form of payment
✧ Once a commission/YCH is finished, the payment is non-refundable
✧ Sometimes I will offer time-payments (mentioned on the advert) - please discuss these with me before you bid/purchase. The final artwork will not be released until payment has been received
⋆✧~ Declines & Cancellations ~✧⋆
✧ I reserve the right to decline a commission for any undisclosed reason
✧ I reserved the right to cancel a commission and refund the commissioner if the commissioner’s behavior crosses any of my boundaries (e.g. harassment, sexual advances, constant RP requests, general creepiness etc.) - any WIP’s of artwork will belong solely to me and may not be posted
✧ If you need to cancel a commission, you will receive a refund based on the work completed (e.g. if you have paid and no work has commenced past the sketch, you’ll receive a full refund. If you have paid and the work is 50% completed, you’ll receive a 50% refund and the art sent to you as is)
✧ If you need to cancel a YCH, it must be before work has commenced on your slot - if work has not commenced you will receive a full refund and the slot will be re-advertised. Depending on the reason for the cancellation, you may also be black-listed from future YCH’s
✧ Cancellation reasons must be reasonable (i.e. saying you’ve changed your mind is not acceptable - saying you can’t afford it suddenly is not acceptable: please make sure you can afford a commission/YCH before you pay/bid for one)
⋆✧~ Rules for Adopts ~✧⋆
✧ Once an adopt is purchased, you own full rights to the character - however my watermark must never be removed and I must be credited as the artist on the reference sheet purchased
✧ You only need to credit me as the artist for the character on the adopt’s reference sheet you purchased, not for any future art by other artists who use the reference sheet
✧ You can use your character in anyway you see fit, so long as any NSFW art is depicted with the character being 18 years or over
✧ You may not make any changes to the adopt’s reference sheet you purchased - you may contact me regarding changes at a small charge, or commission another artist for a brand new reference sheet
⋆✧~ What I will NOT draw ~✧⋆
✧ Any character under the age of 18 in NSFW situations of ANY kind. Any NSFW work, no matter how subtle, characters MUST be 18 years or older
✧ Watersports, scat, bad smells etc.
✧ Incest that can result in pregnancy (i.e. M/M and F/F is fine, or infertile males)
✧ Rape or any non-consensual acts
✧ Art depicting or glorifying any kind of racism, political stands/agendas, radical political ideologies, racist ideologies or groups
✧ Art depicting or glorifying hate on the LGBTQ/Trans community
✧ Art showing a NSFW fully wild animal/animals, with no ability to consent or have any human consciousness (zoophilia, beastiality etc.) - animals must past the harkness test
✧ No humans involved with anthro and/or animals (preferably no humans at all as I’m terrible at human faces)
⋆✧~ Harkness Test ~✧⋆
✧ Please note: I draw both Anthro and Feral-form - both forms pass the ‘harkness test’ and have the attribution of human traits, emotions, intentions etc.

✧ All of the characters in NSFW situations are adults and is just fantasy, which includes human characteristics of intelligence and expressions only
