Commission Wait List re-check

Hello everybody!
Please don't be alarmed by the title of this post. Since my original waitlist became a little dated, I decided to make a check-in list for the people who have previously signed up.
Here’s what I need you to do: If you are STILL INTERESTED IN COMMISSIONING me, please fill this form https://forms.gle/7p8TrbmQSBMH3fbJ7

-Once filled, I will keep the original waitlist order by verifying that you are still interested on the check-in list. If you feel that you NO LONGER WANT a commission, simply ignore this post and the new check-in list.
-If you were not on the original waitlist and would like a commission, you can fill in the check-in form. However, those on the original waitlist will have priority and be contacted first.
The extra effort on your part will allow me to move through the list at a quicker pace, thus getting to you sooner.

if I join the waiting list but something happen when it's my turn and I can't happen to commission you anymore, is there a charge for it? I couldn't find about it in your commission info, sorry!
