On deviant art I've had this project in my head to redesign MK characters for my own personal reeboot of MK series. Ive picked most interesting for me characters and redrew them in my image, gave them theme songs and endings for the arcade mode.
Some chars wont have endings atm because for now I got nothing for them. But once Im done redesigning all the char from specific game, I will write them.
Mortal Kombat Decade is based on base timeline of MK lore with some addition of side games and my own fiction. Decade starts on "9th" tournament, when Great Kung Lao looses against Goro and ends on Armaggeddon when Shao Kahn is victorious at the end.
I dont like what NRS did with the story of MK but I like some characters they put in later instalments. So thats where I got the idea for the project from. Hope you'll guys like it and share some thoughts.
