I'd contact amazon about it, you have the original file and can prove it belongs to you, yes? Hopefully they'll be honest about it and remove/report the listing

Yeah just contact Amazon customer service (easier to write an email to jeff[at]amazon.com to get sent directly to executive customer relations) and explain the situation to them. Policy may have changed since I worked there but at the time we did require the artist prove the work is theirs and back then it wasn't as simple as just showing us a link to your gallery. That may have changed for all I know now but yeah just get a hold of them and they'll help ya out. Especially since the work fanart of a franchise that's protected by both copyright and trademark law.

I will try that email, thank you. For now, amazon is asking me for more information but i don't even understand what are they asking me to give to them to prove that this is my art, and even my image 'cause i'm on the drawing too.

I got a hold of a friend of mine who still works there. She noted that if you do use the jeff at amazon email they'll probably just send you to the online form here: https://www.amazon.com/report/infringement and you'd be reporting it as a copyright concern as the primary reason and pirated product as the specific concern. There's a field there that lets you provide a link to the work in question such as your gallery link to the image. From there it's providing amazon the ASIN number (the item with the stolen work has this number: B08YR3W8DM) or the entire link. Whichever you prefer.

I don't know which method you used to report it initially so figured I'd just mention it here anyway just in case.

This is pretty tricky actually. On one hand you're the artist, but on the other hand you don't own the rights to these characters

Instead i created that drawing, that give me the rights of creation of that piece i did. The other thing is that i'm in the drawing too (The black haired girl) So i don't want my image being sold without my permission.

Oh. Well in that case if that's you then yeah whoever put that ad needs to take it down
