ever since like early 2019 i've just been on this steady streak of lifting weights whenever my mental health gets the better of my physical health
sometimes i'll have really compulsive days where i end up working out once in the morning and again later that night which is NOT really ideal but like uhhh
hey did you know SSRIs are kinda BS for some people so hi yes i'll take 2 large dumbbells every day as needed thank you, please listen to your doctors and not me lol i just don't even know up from down anymore or something, eat your vitamins

Also, SSRI's make your dick game weak, but they're basically a vacation from rough feels for a few months, you can and are supposed to use them for smaller lengths of time, don't get lost in the sauce
also yeah i would spread my eating across the day buuuut sometimes i get in stressy moods and binge eat; usually gets started with "welp i broke my 15 hour fast, might as well go all in and eat half a box of oreos" lmfaoooooo
