Oh cool! Congrats on getting ready to open!
These prices seem fine to me. The only thing that stands out I think would be the $5 extra character.
A flat $5 will be a lot more work if it's an extra character on a full body image (basically cutting out a $25 value of your work) and such.
I've seen people set extra character prices separately for different options (ex: $X for an extra character in a Bust, $Y for an extra character in a Full Body)
or some people have done a flat percentage (ex: Extra characters are X% the cost of the first)

But, setting prices is such a personal thing, and just make sure you're comfortable with whatever you go with.
And don't be afraid to play around with them too!
If you open commissions for a bit, and then decide things should be set up differently, throw out a journal and change it up til you find a good fit ^w^
