Question about animated icons

I made an animated icon of my character, so that I could have an example to be able to open commissions of that type. but I am in such an experimental stage that I don't know if they want me to open commissions of that type.
I spent more than 5 hours trying to reduce the weight of the file to upload this icon to FA. it had other things like just moving the little ears but it weighed more than 55 kb ;-;
I am open to suggestions. xD

Do u export it for web and then scale the size to 100 x 100?

That's really weird I only could help u if i would have the file so I can test around with the size n stuff. Do u have many layers for the animation?
