So yeah, I'm probably going just flat out disappear from the interwebs for a few months while live, breath and eat Monster Hunter! I fell in love with the series back when I played MH4U and this gives me so many similar vibes to it that I'll be packing quite a bit of hours into it, if you too are a hunter than feel free to add me as a friend and I'll be happy to hunt and chill with you there!

Regardless if you are going to get the game or not, if you played any of the games in the franchise, what are your favorite weapons? I'm just curious to know!
As for updates, things are going back to normal or I hope so at least, my sister moved in with our grandma to help take care of her so me and my bro got our apartment back to ourselves and god have I missed the peace and quiet. Can get a decent days sleep and can do whatever without having to baby sit among other things. Also got my final ref sheet in the group of ref sheets
Dentist being completed right now, may post a wip of it some time as it is a character I don't have any previous artwork or info uploaded online for and he is a pretty bad ass poodle~ Also for you guys who love that macro/micro and paw related stuff, I got a rather expensive commission being worked on too so keep your eyes peeled, may even right some smut to go with the picture heh. There are some other commissions I've paid for but not sure when or if they have gotten started on but I should have more artwork to post throughout the year! Hope you all enjoy the submissions and thanks for stopping by. ^^

So far with Rise, though? Charge Blade has felt great to use.
Glad things seem to have improved for ya, too; lookin' forward to seeing the pictures.
Oh about the CB on Rise, does the silkbinding counter move on that weapon keep it in whatever form you was fighting in when you do the attack?
It has but I still haven't felt too socialable though and with this game, it's going to be hard to really find the time cause this is going to eat up a lot of my time I'll have when I get off work heh. And glad to hear it!
I'm a Hammer, Switch Axe, and Gunlance (Also Started to use Long Sword more recently) User Mainly when I was playing Iceborne, but with Rise, I may try Great Sword, Long Sword, Charge Blade and probably Hunting Horn as well along with my favorite weapons of choice.
As of now I'm a master at the Insect Glaive, both bowguns, Hunting Horn and Gunlance as I can take either of thsoe weapons and best the toughest of monsters~ I do occassionally use the Charge Blade, Switch Axe and Hammer but for the really hard ones I wouldn't be as effecient with them, I mostly use them for fun.
How many hours you put in MHW btw?
I guess I don't mind sharing my SW Friend Code But I won't be breezing thru Rise like some of the speedrunners are doing, at least I want to make the most of it since we won't get High Rank til late April. Hoping for a Lot of the usual High Rank Monsters (Uragaan, Brachydios, Lagiacrus, Glavenus, Odogaron, DevilJho and Bazel for example) since we will be getting the Elders in that update as well.
And alright! I take my time myself, I don't try to be the first to do anything and well with worth eating up a lot of my time and me needing rest and other stuff, I'll be going at it rather slow and steady. I like finding all the little entricate things in the game and testing builds and what say you~ And I see, can't wait to see who makes it in!
I do love the Switch Axe myself but I tend to go all ham nearly all the time resulting in me taking more hits than I should, so hard to resist doing that for me lol. I did love when they introduced the clutch claw mechanic, made it easier to constantly do the impalement move more often since you can just close the distance with the clutch claw and explode all over them~ And will do, might even make vids of it if I'm not being a lazy arse, I did a few MHW vids but the quality wasn't that great on a few of them though the last one I made against Alatreon was incredible!
