Don't worry, he's still alive. But his ankle was shattered.
He was driving while intoxicated after fighting with his girlfriend, then he hit a guardrail. Then he got hit by a car after he walked down the highway.

He's on morphine and goes into surgery this afternoon. I don't expect he'll be home until tomorrow.
Sounds like he has been having it rough.
