Yep, only get better with practice. You have a super unique and distinctive style in the way you draw faces and your linework. I can't wait to see how it improves even more through time, so even just watching your progress is delightful.
Well I think you draw quite. You're actually one of the artists I sometimes reference when trying to improve my own drawing. I really like the way you draw hooves for example which is why I tried to do it in a similar way a few times. :)
I know the feeling of "Oh, I wish this picture would have turned out better", took me quite a long time to actually get the ball rolling because I always stopped practicing very quickly. But recently I've just been pushing through it and now I always try to focus on the stuff that I think I improved upon and it always makes me feel happy about having created something, even if it's not "perfect". Try to focus on that and preserve your joy of drawing. ^^
What exactly is wrong with it? I mean proportions are sometimes slightly off and you could up your shading game, but I can't see anything actually wrong with any of it. Art isn't always (or even often) about realism and detail. As long as it gets the feeling across that it was meant for, or tells the story you wanted while looking appealing.
I think it is less about trying to look like the real thing, or like someone else's and just being as comfortable with your own style and look as possible. If everyone drew everything with perfect realism there would be no reason for anyone to look at any individual's work because its just the same thing as everyone else. Only you can draw in your style though.
times like this is a good time to stop drawing and start doodling until the subconscious of the perfectionist takes on a raging artboner and just draws.
i am told that that is not a healthy way to do it but it is a way.

Secondly, yeah. Improvement takes time. each drawing will be better than the last. i look at a bunch of my own old stories and cringe
