Hey, I don't care how long it takes. I'd rather most bugs get ironed out than the game being released quickly but in a buggy/unplayable state.

More game companies could learn from that to be honest.

Is that what happened with Cyberpunk? Because I only heard it was delayed a bunch of times but still came out buggier than an ant hill.

Ehhhh...it's hard to argue with something like that, not all games end up great, even with every time, there's always time to be wrong about something

the big problem Cyberpunk had was supposedly they were making a graphics engine do things that no one else really had, and it was far from finished when they released it. Problem was they had investors that wanted their money's worth of investment so they couldn't delay it to give it the time it needed.

One of my favorite sayings that I read once is "The best bug testers are the players, on the day of release."

Take the time you need. Hopefully you have some folks helping you snuff out bugs if at all possible. Still looking forward to seeing it no matter the wait.

Wow so I'm guessing the bugs include wall clips and character model freaking out im just guessing but your doing a fantastic job dude so keep it up

As someone who develops software for a living, I know the pain.

They were mainly things like NullReferenceExceptions, which can cause softlocks if they happen in a required method, like starting/stopping a level, player control, etc

i'd offer you a hammer for those bugs but clearly this is a job for the flamethrower. smite all those bugs. crush and stomp them out, until it is done

Take literally all the time you need my dude, we shall remain ever patient, and ever excited for the release. Use your mighty bug spray and delete those pesky bugs into oblivion
