I don't have connections, I just follow the furry herd, and one day they will all collectively decide to leave. It's happened to other sites before, it'll happen again. Dickery hastens it.
Well, I do like that it has remained simple and not bloated itself with dozens of design improvements and scripts that don't help the basic function of 'post art' or 'get comments'. However that was more a laziness than philosophy choice as far as I'm aware.
