Best to go to an FA name you enjoy now, instead of years later when you're stuck with your name and unhappy with it. <3

That's how many people think and never change their name. Best to do it now because, the longer you wait, the more you don't want to change it. I always suggest people changing their name/account as soon as possible (if disliking your FA name) because of that.

And I would have thought to wait because I heard that maybe the FA will make it possible to change the name.

I remember seeing them say that might be an option in the future. Will it happen? Who knows. Might not happen or it could be a year later when it finally happens. We just don't know.
