Meh, yeah I've been there. A lot of my extended family lives in ratty old mobile homes and if there's a freeze it's not uncommon for that old plastic to crack and split. :/

Yeah, a water heater in a mobile home left from my late uncle broke and flooded. Didn't get fully cleaned properly and has A Smell, so I'll be working on that as well :/

It's been contained after a couple days of aggressive work, waiting for a shipment of spec chems to finish the job.

At least it’s been contained. We got lucky when it froze here, I swear I thought our pipes were goi g to burst but thankfully that didn’t happen.
