Well... Court was again put on continuance until the 9th of April, THEN continuanced AGAIN to the 8th of July...
GOOD NEWS is the prosecuting attorney is in communication with my lawyer to reach a resolution BEFORE the date of court, AND the family of the late Harvey Denton(the man who was killed) is petitioning the Court as well.
