You just never know when...
I was surprised to find my mom came home only an hour after leaving for work. She told me she recieved news that one of her coworkers died. The guy was just 19 and ended up in a motorcycle accident. Apparently it was fast as they found him dead on the scene. That's not the most horrifying thing. I saw where it took place just the other night. The intersection had been closed off by police while I was on my way for a late night bite. I never would have thought that of all things someone died, let alone one of my mom's coworkers. I met the guy too, quiet and kept to himself. Just makes you think about what we take for granted, ya know?

There are a lot of people I've known who also disappeared so suddenly. It's best for us to enjoy the moments we have with others. Every second counts.
