I tried everything to fix it but nothing worked, I think I'm going to have that error until I format my pc.

If you have a Windows corruption problem, you can open up a command prompt as an administrator and type the following command:
SFC /SCANNOW

What that does is it does a light check on your OS for corrupted files, and if it finds any it will attempt to repair/replace the missing pieces.

If you have an absurd amount of corruption, you may also want to run this command in the same command prompt:
CHKDSK

The latter checks your HDD/SSD for problems.
