What I'm thinking about for the final sheet: front/back, 1 clothes pose, 1 headshot;
Also maybe arranged with one column that can be cropped, to be an sfw sheet? 1 headshot + 3x floating genital.
And for the design fee, I guess we need to figure that out but honestly with how much trouble I've had I'd start at just adding the ref sheet cost again
