Update to A Friend Needs Help

You remember the journal I showed tyring to help a pal so that he can get his mental health back on track, and start continuing what he loves to do?
Well, he's having a hard time doing the right thing. He's unsure about calling the police because he doesn't want to stress his GF out more. Now, I think the authorities NEED to get involved at this point, seeing as the stalker has since posted NSFW of him and his ex.
Do you think the police need to be called? If so, let me know. And please give some words of encouragement to help out my pal. This has gone on far too long.
